A Celebration of Light with Khao + TIIPOI

On Friday 10th November,  Punam from Khao Suppers together with Spandana from Tiipoi

hosted a special Diwali Supper Club. A celebration of the festival of light, we curated a special four course Gujarati menu that was served using a selection of cookware from the Tiipoi collection. 

 

During the dinner, we did a live table-side temper or vaghar over Dhokla, and shared a meticulously cooked Undhiyu, made from over 30 ingredients in a beautiful handcrafted Karipot
