About the event

Chalo Jamva, it means come on, lets eat!

Join us as we serve a new Summer-inspired four course menu, featuring seasonal produce reimagined with traditional Gujarati spices. Each course will take you on a journey representing stories from our childhood, sharing the essence of Gujarati cuisine reimagined for a modern palette but without taking away the true nature of each dish.

We'll take you along a journey with our favourite type of street-food, followed with summer freshness and a specially crafted colocasia leaf dish. The second half of the meal is a hearty combination of rural flavours recreated with seasonal vegetables served with the humble rotli or chapati and to finish off the meal, we share a classic and favourite of ours: a dessert that takes two days to prepare and seconds to inhale!

Sev Puri

Crisp crackers topped with potato, onion & tomatoes, finished with gram flour vermicelli, yoghurt and coriander.

Colocasia leaves are coated with a gram flour paste, rolled and steamed, then stir fried in sesame seeds and curry leaves.

Summer Salad

Refreshing salad made with mango, tomatoes, onion and chillies.

Akkhu Shaak

Whole vegetables with a spiced gram flour filling, sautéed in tomatoes.

Chilli Samphire

Sautéed with mustard seeds & curry leaves.

Wholewheat chappati.

Homemade hung curd infused with saffron and rhubarb.

This event is BYOB. Whilst the menu is vegetarian, we can also cater to vegan diets but please note we cannot cater for all allergies. Please contact us for information.
