About the event

Bhojan: a supper club dedicated to refined Gujarati cuisine shared over five courses.


We welcome you to a dining experience celebrating the vibrant dishes and flavours of Kathiawar, Gujarat as we've never shared them before.


Known for its rural agricultural heritage and humble dishes, we present dishes that are layered yet distinctive. There is a beauty in the simplicity of Gujarati food that has always been at the forefront of the dishes served at each supper club, sharing them in their most authentic form. Fresh, aromatic ingredients come alive with essential spices, bringing out the best of this regional cuisine through a set 5 course vegetarian menu. Our most refined and adventurous menu yet, we invite you to come and explore Kathiawar with us.


The menu is fully vegetarian but due to the nature of the dishes, we cannot offer a Gluten-free or vegan option.

On arrival:


Welcome Drink

Bartisans Indian Summer & Terai Gin Cocktail (Mocktail Option for non-alcholic)


Canape

Achari Papad Bites. Small Papadoms With Mustard Seed Pickled Cabbage.


Sit down meal:


Bhajiya not Bhaji

Tender Stem Broccoli. Gram flour + Rice flour batter. Ajma seeds. Chaat masala. Green chilli powder. 


Dahi Vada

Fermented Urad Dal. Fried & Blanched. Yoghurt. Tamarind & Date Chutney. Kashmiri Chilli Powder.


Methi Bhakri

Wholewheat. Bajra (millet). Fresh fenugreek. Fried Garlic. Curry leaf infused yoghurt.


Daar Dhokli

Gujarati Tuvar Daar. Filled Gram & Wheat flour Dumpling. Desi Ghee. 


Dinner will be paired with a selection of Wines:

Grover Zampa Art Collection Chenin Blanc & Fratelli Sangiovese



Sweet Endings

Thandu & Mithu (Cool & Sweet)

Ginger, Cardamom, Fennel & Mint Ice Cream. Flakey Sata Biscuit. Edible Marigolds. Paired with Maka Zai Tribute Edition, a dessert sipping rum.

The ticket price includes 5 courses, as well as all drinks, so guests do not need to bring any drinks with them. If you prefer a non-alcoholic option, please let us know when booking and we will accommodate.


This supper club is suitable for ages from 16 years and upwards, but we would need to see I.D. for anyone who is having alcohol if you look younger than 25 years of age.
